1.3. Bleed: minimum 3 mm on eachside.
1.4. Safetymargin: minimum 3 mm from the trimmingline.
1.5. Maximum totalinkcoverage (TAC): 290% (highervaluesrequire manual reduction).
1.6. Image resolution: minimum 300 dpi (color and grayscale).
1.7. Black text: 100% K only (C:0 M:0 Y:0 K:100), no underprint.
1.8. Reverse (knockout) text: minimum 6 pt.

1.10. File standard: PDF/X-4 (Acrobat 1.6 orlater).
2. COLOR PARAMETERS
2.1. Colorspace: ISO Coated v2.
2.2. Color proof:certifiedFogra proof recommended – MediaWedge 3.0.
2.3. Colortolerance: ΔE ≤ 5 (according to ISO 12647-2).
Colorconformityassessmentisbasedexclusively on industrystandards, not on subjectivevisualexpectations.
3. INKS AND LED-UV TECHNOLOGY
3.1. Printing technology: LED-UV offset printing (powder-free).
3.2. Presses: Heidelberg Speedmaster XL LED-UV.
3.3. Curing system: LED-UV diodes.
3.4. Inks:Toyo Ink LED-UV – CMYK + spot colors.
3.5. Lightfast FD LED RESISTANT inks:

- TU541942X – Magenta
3.6. Toyo LED CX inks:
- TU542013 – Cyan
- TU542014 – Black
3.7. Registrationtolerance: ±0.2 mm.
3.8. Run stability: ±5%.
3.9. Substrates:coated and uncoatedpapers, electrostaticfilms, PVC, PET, PP.
3.10. Productionconditions:temperature 20–24°C, humidity 45–55%.
3.11. Qualitycontrol: X-Rite i1Pro / TechkonSpectroDensspectrophotometers.
4. POSTPRESS – FINISHING AND CONVERTING
4.1. Lamination
- Films: gloss, matte, soft-touch, velvet, anti-scratch, textured.
- Technology: coldor hot lamination (selecteddepending on substrate).
- Laminationalignmenttolerance: ±1 mm.
- Laminatesmayaffectcolor tonality (colordeepening, contrastchanges).
- Adhesiontestingrequired for electrostatic and syntheticfilms.
- Soft-touch and velvetfilmsareprone to scratching and fingerprints – thisdoesnotconstitute a defect.
- Creasingafterlaminationisrecommended for folded products.
4.2. Die-Cutting
- Dieforms: 23.8 mm steelrules + flexiblerubber.
- Dimensionaltolerance: ±1.5 mm.
- Press pressure: 150–250 tons.
- Syntheticsubstratesmayexhibitminimalstretchingorshrinkage.
- Test dierecommended for precision jobs.
- Micro-cracksalong the cutlinethatareinvisibleafterapplication do notconstitute a defect.
4.3. Cutting
Cuttingtolerances:
- up to B1 format: ±1 mm
- largerformatsormultilayer products: ±2 mm
Cuttingperformed on hydraulicguillotines with automatic clamping.
For syntheticsubstrates, minor edgedeformationsareacceptable.
4.4. AdditionalFinishing
Visual and functionalcharacteristicsresulting from materialproperties, LED-UV technology, and finishingprocessesaretechnological in nature and do notconstitute a productdefect.
UV varnish and coldstamping: increasedsensitivity to scratching and temperature – doesnotconstitute a defect.
Varnish proof or test mock-uprecommended.
5. STORAGE AND USE
5.1. Storage conditions: 15–25°C, humidity 40–60%, no exposure to UV orheatsources.
5.2. Improperconditionsmaycause:
- film wavinessordelamination,
- laminateseparation,
- discoloration and pigment migration,
- adhesivelayerissues.
5.3. Stickerapplication: 15–30°C, surfacesclean, smooth, and degreased.
5.4. Outdoororextremeconditions: test applicationrecommended.
5.5. The printing houseshall not be liable for qualitychangesresulting from:
- improperstorage,
- excessive UV exposure,
- contact with solventsordetergents,
- application on chemicallyunstablesubstrates.
5.6. Recommendedproductusage period:up to 6 months from the deliverydate.
